Happy first day of fall! Can you believe how quickly summer flew by? It's crazy! I'm still trying to get into the fall spirit, but it's a little challenging with such warm weather here in sunny Florida. Wanting to sport full-on fall attire this time of year is just not practical, unless you're willing to risk the possibility of heat exhaustion..(not fun, trust me!) So, like always, I had to get creative.
Today's look is a mix of summer and fall. I'm wearing an off-the-shoulder blouse from Romwe (it's $12!!)with these corduroy Dolce & Gabbana pants I scored years ago at a sample sale in New York! PRO TIP: If you've never been to a New York sample sale, definitely add it to your checklist, because you can find amazing designer pieces at ridiculous prices!
Anyone who knows me knows that I'm all about details — lace, embroidery, beading... I can't get enough of it! The bows on this top add personality to my outfit so effortlessly, making it look like I put a lot of thought into it, when I really just threw it on! I call this
P.S. I've beenobsessing over my monogram bag from J.Crew. It comes in multiple colors, and you can personalize it for $10!
NOTE: I doubled the necklace to make it a choker-style, so it's longer than shown.
How amazing is this watch by Mockberg?!I love the rose gold hardware with gray leather band because it's different, but still matches everything with its neutral tones. Their modern, classic designs allow for an easy transition throughout the seasons.
