The Spring/Summer '17 color forecast is all about jewel tones with a chance of previous trends such as maroon (it was everywhere in fall of 2015). Amongst these are blue hues like periwinkle, bluebell, and one of my favorites that I'm currently showcasing - teal (they're calling it "oasis".) What I love most about jewel tones is that their richness works with and, most importantly, enhances every skintone, and they easily transition from spring to fall so you get your money's worth (always a plus).
This season, also expect to see olive, burnt orange, pastel yellow, dark salmon, orchid and rose.
Can we just take a moment to admire the sleeve detail on this drool worthy off-the-shoulder top by SheIn? P.S. it's only $24! And the quality is incredible, especially for the price. The ruffle sleeve detail is so feminine and flattering, and the overall shape of the top is truly unique. Not to mention my favorite part...
THE BACK <3 How adorable is the bow and the open back? It's an unexpected twist, which I always love. If you're looking for affordable, quality pieces, definitely check out SheIn. You won't be disappointed.
To keep the focus on the top, I paired it with my absolute favorite pair of denim currently - PAIGE'sVerdugo Ankle Jeans(they're 40% off!)I especially love the frayed hem and cutoff detailing, which was really in last season and is still going strong. The fit is incredible and it gives me shape.
For all my ladies looking for denim to hold everything in and make your figure (and let's be real - booty) look great, I recommend PAIGE denim. They're especially known for being one of the most popular contemporary denim brands for curvy figures, since the cut of the waist on most pairs gives the illusion of a flatter stomach. They fit true to size.
To play on the teal theme, I accessorized with these tassel earrings by BaubleBar. This color is sold out, but they're still available in red, navy and magenta (my fave).
My outfit is more of a night out look, so instead of a handbag I opted for this lightweight zipper clutch by Henri Bendel. It has a handle so it's secure around your wrist allowing you to dance the night away without worry (my pet peeve).
I'm always looking to change my phone case to keep things fresh. Since it's in my hand 99% of the time, it's more like an accessory, so it might as well match my outfit! My black marble phone case is by Ideal of Sweden, and it's only $29! They have tons of color and pattern options, and they're available for iPhone, Samsung and Sony phones. Their cases are super high-quality, and they also carry ones for laptops and tablets.

Adding a point-toe pump with jeans instantly dresses up any outfit, creating a chic look without compromising comfort (i.e. a fitted strapless dress that you have to keep pulling up all night - no thanks.) These go-to nude Louboutin heels go with everything.
